Qualifications & Requirements

College graduate or College level in any business course, technical and vocational. experience: 1 to 2 years of prior experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or outbound/dispatch operations is often preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, or barcode scanners.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Soft Skills & Physical Ability:
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in counting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Document Verification: Cross-check outgoing items, item codes, and quantities against delivery receipts (DR), invoices, or pick lists.
• Quality & Condition Inspection: Inspect products for damages, leaks, defects, or inconsistencies before loading.
• Staging & Loading Oversight: Ensure correct loading sequence, drop sequence, and vehicle cleanliness, and verify that items are properly tagged or labeled.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with pickers, packers, warehouse OICs, and delivery/driving teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Log and report missing items, damaged goods, or overages to logistics supervisors.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital or manual logs of outbound transactions, delivery receipts, and returned items.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and warehouse/logistics safety guidelines.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
