About the Role

EIN Presswire is looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly motivated Outbound Courtesy Caller to join our international team.

Your main responsibility will be to make short, friendly courtesy calls to customers who have signed up for EIN Presswire. The purpose of these calls is to thank customers for their interest and let them know that our team is available should they have any questions.

We are looking for native English speakers with a pleasant phone manner and a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who can engage naturally with customers, follow a structured calling process, and maintain a consistent call rate while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Make short, friendly courtesy calls to customers who have recently signed up for EIN Presswire.
• Focus on creating a positive first impression and making customers feel welcome.
• Follow a simple, predefined call script to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful tone without selling, promoting products, or asking customers to take any action.
• Direct customers who have questions or need assistance to our Customer Support team.
• Maintain consistent call activity and accurate records of completed calls.
• Support the team with other sales-related tasks as needed.

What You Will Need

• Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Completed college or university education.
• Confidence on the phone and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with different types of customers.
• Patience, persistence, and the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• A results-driven mindset and the desire to continuously improve your performance, challenge yourself, and exceed your personal best.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telephone outreach, or a similar customer-facing role—particularly in a remote or international team—is a plus, but not required.
