Outbound Customer Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer-focused organisation in a specialist outbound customer engagement role.

You will be responsible for proactively connecting with existing and prospective customers, booking appointments, supporting retention initiatives, and ensuring customers feel valued throughout their journey. Success in this role comes from your ability to build rapport, influence positive outcomes, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and complete follow-up activities
• Use strong communication and influencing skills to maximise engagement opportunities
• Support customer retention initiatives and identify solutions that meet customer needs
• Manage customer enquiries professionally via phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
• Ensure all interactions are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Assist the wider customer service team with administrative and servicing tasks as required
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive and personalised communication

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in outbound customer service, retention, contact centre, or sales support roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations
• Experience using CRM systems and multiple technology platforms
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• A resilient, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
