Outbound Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experienced
• Responsible for transfer of stocks from production to warehouse storage
• Responsible for picking of stocks per customer based on requirement list.
• Checks and ensures that stocks picked are correct based on the stocks indicated in the document
• Maintains and refills inventory in storage
• Liaise with procurement, suppliers, and transport providers to schedule and track deliveries.
• Handle discrepancies, damages, or delays in inbound shipments promptly.
• Ensure all incoming goods are properly labeled, recorded, and stored.
