Outbound Lead Generation Associate

About the role

The Outbound Lead Generation Associate is responsible for identifying prospective customers, initiating contact, qualifying their requirements, and transferring qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales representative. The position supports ACC Tires' field sales team by developing potential accounts among trucking companies, logistics providers, bus operators, construction companies, fleet operators, tire dealers, transport cooperatives, and other businesses that purchase truck, bus, and passenger-car tires. The primary objective of the position is to generate qualified sales opportunities—not merely lists of company names or contact numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers within assigned industries, territories, and customer segments using online directories, social media, business listings, industry associations, and referrals
• Identify the correct decision-maker or person responsible for procurement, tire purchasing, fleet maintenance, or business operations
• Contact prospective customers through telephone calls, SMS, Viber, email, Facebook, and other approved channels
• Introduce ACC Tires, its products, tire brands, warehouse locations, and nationwide delivery capabilities
• Conduct an initial needs assessment to determine whether the prospect is a suitable potential customer
• Gather information about nature of business, number and type of vehicles operated, tire sizes and specifications, current tire brands or suppliers, estimated purchasing volume, purchase frequency, and purchasing process
• Classify leads according to their readiness and potential
• Assign or endorse qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative according to territory, account type, or management instructions
• Record all outbound activities, conversations, qualification details, and follow-up schedules in the company CRM
• Coordinate closely with field sales representatives, digital sales personnel, and the Sales Manager to obtain feedback regarding the quality and progress of endorsed leads

About you

• Graduate of a business, marketing, communications, or related course is preferred
• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or business development is an advantage
• Comfortable making frequent outbound telephone calls and sending professional business messages
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Able to ask structured questions, listen actively, and identify customer requirements
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-up schedules
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, email, online research tools, and messaging applications
• Experience in tires, automotive products, trucking, logistics, construction, fleet operations, or B2B distribution is an advantage but not required
