Role Summ ary

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and support end-to-end outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibil ities

• Communicate with Samsung sales offices and Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
• Communicate with EEDC other departments (Packing Center, Cost & Claim, Security, FG Control Tower team, RPM, HR, IT)
• Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity
• Providing daily outbound list for Logistics Service Providers
• Logistics operations (Container shipments to 3rd countries, Ad-hoc transport, E-com logistics)
• Checking the status of the created delivery orders (communication with Logistic Service Provider and sales offices): WH preparation, loading, transportation and documentation
• KPI management related to outbound
• Managing occurring express delivery requests

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics
• Communicative level of English and fluency in Slovak language
• MS Office skills: Advanced (Excel in particular)
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and responsible approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
