Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

We're looking for motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments
• Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare
• Build trust and rapport with patients
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy
• Accurately document every interaction
• Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals
• Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements

Hours of Operation Monday to Thursday:

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.

**Technical Requirements (Essential)** To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
• Dual monitors
• Webcam and headset
• i5 processor or higher
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
• Backup power solution
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365
