Outbound Sales Executive

We are hiring Outbound Sales Executives for our BPO voice process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, pitching products/services, handling objections, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Pitch products/services and generate sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Follow company sales processes and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in Outbound Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO Voice Process, or Inside Sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong outbound sales and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
