Outbound Sales Manager

About Your New Employer

Working for a national, non-profit collective management organization which is owned and operated by its members within the arts and entertainment industry.

Due to growth, they have a new sales team in place and are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for this team.

This role is office based in Dublin 5 days per week. After a while this role will become two fold and you will spend half the time in the office managing the inside sales team and half the time on the road managing the field sales team so great progression here and opportunities to grow your teams.

About your Sales Manager job

• Manage client relationships and oversee sales, operations and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop sales and operational teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training and compliance.
• Deliver client and company KPIs while optimising revenue and costs.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Analyse sales performance and provide data-driven client insights.
• Support senior management and wider business projects.
• Client services and relationship management.
• Lead by example and promote company values.

What Skills You Need for Telesales Manager job

• 2–5 years’ experience leading successful outbound sales teams along with sales experience yourself
• 2+ years’ experience in client services or account management.
• Must have managed an outbound sales team wtihin an office environment
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to motivate others, influence decision-makers and work independently.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
• A strong commitment to sales, service and continuous improvement.
• Full driving licence is a must
