About the role

Outbound Sales Representative (B2B) role at Concentrix Shaw, joining a growing team to conduct B2B sales activities during night shift hours with fixed weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective and existing business clients
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and upselling services
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals
• Build long-term business relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Document all activities accurately in CRM tools

About you

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Outbound Sales experience; B2B Sales background is required
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or cold calling
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Results-oriented and resilient in a target-driven environment
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Concentrix Shaw and on night shift
