Outbound Sales Representative

Would you happen to be a confident, goal-driven, and people-oriented Outbound Sales Representative?

Right now Valhalla is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.

We would love to work with you and your expertise on:

• Outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Confidently communicating with new prospects and creating a positive first impression
• Qualifying prospects, identifying opportunities, and moving conversations toward a consultation or sales conversation

Perhaps you might also have expertise with some of these:

• Experience working with CRM or sales tools
• Experience in the health and wellness, medspa, or aesthetic clinic industries
• Experience with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, or re-engaging missed appointments
• Experience working with high-volume outbound calling and activity targets

You’ll be earning up to Php 26,000 (depending on experience).

This is a full-time, fully remote position with a schedule of 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Basically, we’ll be working on these responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our products or services.
• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and create a positive first impression.
• Follow up with prospects who missed their scheduled consultations or demos.
• Reschedule appointments and reconnect with prospects who were unable to attend their original schedule.
• Identify key decision-makers and the right contacts within prospective businesses.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, level of interest, and potential fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the company's sales tools or CRM.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.
• Meet daily and weekly outbound activity and performance targets, including a minimum of 250 calls per day.
• Continuously develop your communication, prospecting, and sales skills.
• Work independently while also collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Help the company grow and improve by bringing your dedication, initiative, and ideas to the team.
