Outbound Sales Representative

The Role:

Are you an experienced outbound sales professional looking for a flexible opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to prospects to generate interest and drive sales, utilising high-quality leads we supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate our value proposition and generate interest in our services.
• Navigate past gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and confidently handle objections.
• Maintain clear records of your calls, outreach progress, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
• Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong, results-driven mindset and the resilience to handle rejection.
• A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace for making calls.
