Compensation: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses

Veclar Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking dynamic, experienced, and target-driven individuals to join our expanding sales operations. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in phone-based sales within international B2B or B2C call center campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outbound outreach (cold calls and emails) to prospective US-based enterprise and retail clients.
• Pitch value propositions persuasively and articulate company solutions utilizing a clear, fluent US accent.
• Manage prospect pipelines, log call dispositions, and maintain accurate activity tracking within the enterprise CRM system.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, handle objections confidently, and negotiate commercial terms to secure deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in telesales, business development, or international call center operations.
• Intermediate or higher.
• Exceptional verbal English communication skills, strong negotiation tactics, and a neutral-to-fluent US accent.
• Must reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad with convenient daily travel access to the office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented demeanor with a commitment to long-term career progression.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
