ENTRY-LEVEL OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

No Sales Experience Required — Training Provided

Looking to break into sales but don't have previous experience?

We're looking for motivated, reliable, and coachable individuals to join our outbound sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who are new to sales and want to develop real-world communication, sales, and professional skills.

You do NOT need previous sales experience. Training, coaching, and the tools necessary to learn the position are provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Introduce our services and create interest
• Speak with prospects, ask questions, and identify potential opportunities
• Qualify interested prospects
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Follow up with leads when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training

NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This position is specifically designed for individuals who are new to sales.

You do not need:

• Previous sales experience
• A college degree
• A sales background
• Years of professional experience

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

You'll receive training on the fundamentals of outbound sales, including:

• Cold calling
• Prospect communication
• Qualifying prospects
• Appointment setting
• Objection handling
• Follow-up
• Sales communication
• Performance tracking

You'll learn through training, coaching, practice, and real conversations with prospects.

You aren't expected to be an experienced salesperson on day one. The goal is to teach you the skills and give you the opportunity to develop them.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This opportunity may be a great fit for someone who has been interested in sales but hasn't been able to get started because most sales positions require prior experience.

Experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, or other people-facing roles can be helpful, but it is not required.

We're primarily looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

THE REALITY OF OUTBOUND SALES

Outbound sales requires persistence.

You'll have conversations that don't go anywhere. You'll hear "no." You'll occasionally have difficult calls. That's part of learning the business.

The people who succeed are willing to make the calls, learn from their mistakes, accept coaching, and keep improving.
