About the role

Perform outbound calls to promote the products, packages and promotions, and answer inbound calls relating to the product promotions, packages and enquiries. Attend to customer applications and provide accurate information, solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to promote the products, packages and promotions

• Answer and respond to inbound calls relating to the product promotions, packages and enquiries

• Attend to customer applications and provide accurate information, solutions and services

• Deliver excellent telephone courtesy and customer service beyond expectations

• Ensure compliance with assigned roles, responsibilities, practices and procedures

• Participate and contribute to quality initiatives, including ISO 9001 activities

Key requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma and above)

• Must have passed Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Good command/fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Sales experience is an added advantage

• Confident, self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to achieve sales results

• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
