About the role:

We are seeking an Outbound Supervisor for our National Distribution Centre. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating the Outbound team to ensure stock is accurately prepared, loaded and dispatched to our retail stores on time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Outbound team, setting daily priorities and providing guidance and feedback.
  • Plan daily workloads, truck departures and load preparation to meet dispatch deadlines.
  • Coordinate transport providers, including FedEx & TGE.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch documentation, manifests, pallet records and stock movements.

  • Monitor team performance and promote safe work practices and compliance with procedures.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a warehouse, Distribution Centre, logistics or similar operational environment.
  • Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a team.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety, stock accuracy and following procedures.
  • A positive, respectful and solutions-focused approach to teamwork.

Desirable:

  • Previous Distribution Centre supervisory experience, transport coordination experience, or familiarity with warehouse management and inventory systems.

What you bring:
