Outbound Survey Representatives - Seasonal

UpraisIT is looking for Outbound Survey Representatives to join our pioneer seasonal account. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in communicating over the phone and are interested in starting a career in the BPO industry.

No BPO experience is required. We welcome applicants with good English communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and a willingness to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to customers/respondents using provided contact lists.
• Conduct surveys using approved scripts and guidelines.
• Clearly explain the purpose of the survey and ask questions professionally.
• Record and document survey responses accurately.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout every call.
• Meet daily call activity and productivity targets.
• Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards.
• Attend required training and coaching sessions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
• No BPO experience required.
• Good to average English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Confident and willing to make outbound calls.
• Able to follow scripts and instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to work on an early morning US shift (2:00 AM or 3:00 AM start).
• Available to start ASAP / 1st week of October.
