Top-10 Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, and ongoing offers effectively.
• Follow up with customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive and energetic attitude.
