Location : Rojana Nongyai Industrial Estate in Chonburi (Transportation Provide)

Job Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage daily outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and OTIF targets.
• Plan and prioritize daily outbound workload based on order volume, shipping schedules, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment execution.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as Order Accuracy, OTIF, Picking Productivity, Packing Productivity, Shipping Accuracy, and Dispatch Performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Utilize NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage outbound transactions, inventory movement, shipping documentation, and operational reporting.
• Ensure inventory accuracy during picking, packing, and shipping processes while minimizing stock discrepancies and shipment errors.
• Lead warehouse process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and operational standards to ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates by providing training, performance feedback, and continuous development opportunities.
• Support warehouse expansion, system implementation, and operational improvement projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and food safety requirements where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role leading outbound warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and transportation coordination.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in operational reporting, KPI analysis, and performance improvement.
• An advantage advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP; Power Query is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight delivery schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
