Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

OUTBOUND WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR | LEAD THE FLOW

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to keep orders accurate, teams productive, and shipments moving on time?

Join our warehouse operations team as an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor and take charge of the daily outbound flow—from picking and packing to staging, loading, and dispatch.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping operations.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates and team leaders.
• Manage manpower allocation, scheduling, attendance, and daily workforce requirements.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Track KPIs including order accuracy, fill rate, productivity, throughput, and on-time shipments.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, shortages, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Buying, Planning, Sales, Dispatch, and logistics partners.
• Enforce warehouse safety, 5S, quality, and operational standards.
• Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on outbound performance, manpower, shipments, and operational concerns.

👷 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation coordination.
• Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and RF scanning devices.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent people management, coaching, and workforce planning skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and 5S.
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required.
