Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

Ameziel Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse team in Bordentown NJ.

This role will be responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations, coordinating picking, staging, loading, and shipping activities, and leading the outbound team to ensure orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor while leading a team and improving daily productivity and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outbound warehouse operations.
• Lead and support outbound associates to ensure daily workload is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate picking, staging, loading, and shipping activities.
• Verify outbound orders, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation before release.
• Monitor order accuracy, loading accuracy, productivity, and shipping timeliness.
• Help reduce picking errors, shipping discrepancies, product damage, and operational delays.
• Monitor team productivity and labor allocation and adjust daily assignments based on workload.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Inventory team, and Inbound team to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure outbound processes and established SOPs are followed consistently.
• Support employee training, attendance follow-up, coaching, and daily performance management.
• Conduct routine checks of staging areas, dock areas, and warehouse equipment.
• Promote safe equipment operation and compliance with warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized outbound work area.
• Support inventory counts and other warehouse operational needs as required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, or logistics experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory, team lead, or floor leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound operations, picking, shipping, loading, or order fulfillment strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily priorities and lead a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with WMS, scanners, or PDA devices preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment or forklifts preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other warehouse departments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse conditions as needed.

Schedule

Full-time position.
Monday through Friday, with schedule flexibility based on warehouse operational needs.
