Outdoor Construction & Landscape Installer

We’re looking for dependable people to join our outdoor construction and landscape installation crew.

Experienced applicants are encouraged to apply. If you have experience in landscaping, hardscaping, concrete, irrigation, fencing, grading, construction, or equipment operation, we want to hear from you. Starting pay can reflect the skills and experience you bring to the crew.

No professional experience yet? We’re also willing to train the right person who is reliable, works hard, learns quickly, and wants to build hands-on trade skills.

This is not a maintenance or lawn-mowing position. Our crew works on landscape installations and outdoor construction projects at different job sites.

The Work

Projects can include:

• Sod and turf removal and installation
• Decorative rock, gravel, edging, and landscape installation
• Paver patios and walkways
• Concrete preparation and installation
• Grading and site preparation
• Irrigation installation, trenching, and repairs
• Fence installation and repair
• Demolition and removal of existing landscape materials
• Loading, hauling, and moving job-site materials
• Operating hand tools, power tools, compactors, sod cutters, saws, and other equipment
• Job-site setup, organization, and final cleanup

Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who can adapt and help the crew wherever needed.

Experienced Applicants

Previous experience in any of the following is valuable:

Lanscape Hardscape Concrete Turf Construction Irrigation Fencing Pavers Grading Equipment Operations

You do not need experience in every area. Someone who is particularly strong in one or two trades is still encouraged to apply.

Applicants who can independently perform installations, read grades, operate equipment, troubleshoot irrigation, perform concrete or paver work, or lead portions of a project should make that experience clear when applying.

Entry-Level Applicants

Experience isn't the only thing we consider.

Physical & Work Requirements

This is a physically active outdoor position. Applicants should be comfortable working outside in changing weather, being on their feet for extended periods, digging, lifting, carrying materials, and performing repetitive physical tasks.

Workdays and hours can vary depending on the project, workload, weather, and season.

Pay & Growth

$21.00–$32.00 per hour

Starting pay is based on experience, demonstrated skill level, dependability, and ability to safely use tools and equipment.

Experienced candidates with proven skills may qualify for higher starting pay within the posted range.

There is opportunity to earn more responsibility as you demonstrate your abilities and become capable of completing work with less supervision.

Pay: $21.00 - $31.47 per hour
