OUTDOOR SALES AGENT – GARMENTS MANUFACTURING

Position: Outdoor Sales Agent

We are a garments manufacturing company in Kuwait looking for an experienced, energetic and well-connected Outdoor Sales Agent to expand our customer base and increase sales across Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit garment shops, wholesalers, retailers, tailoring shops and corporate customers throughout Kuwait.
• Develop new customers and generate new sales orders.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote our manufactured garments and tailoring products.
• Identify new opportunities in the garments, men’s wear, uniforms and tailoring sectors.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Negotiate prices and close sales professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
• Continuously expand the company's customer network in Kuwait.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in Kuwait.
• Garments, textile, tailoring, men’s wear or uniform sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have an existing customer network in Kuwait, particularly among garment shops, wholesalers, retailers, tailoring shops, uniform suppliers or corporate buyers.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait garments and textile market.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
• Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Willing to travel throughout Kuwait for customer visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Proven ability to bring in new customers and generate actual sales/orders.

We Are Looking For

We are not looking for only a field representative. We are looking for a sales professional who understands the Kuwait garments market, already knows potential buyers and can bring new business to the company.

Candidates with an existing network of garment shops, wholesalers, retailers, uniform companies or corporate customers in Kuwait will be given priority.
