OUTDOOR SALES ENGINEER

The Outdoor Sales Engineer will drive business development across Electronics, Automotive, Industrial, Medical, and Manufacturing industries, focusing on technical sales of tapes and adhesives. This role blends customer engagement, technical expertise, and sales execution to expand Delsson market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow customer accounts across multiple industries.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet targets.
• Promote Delsson products and services with professionalism.
• Convert leads from diverse marketing channels into long-term clients.
• Identify customer technical needs and deliver tailored adhesive/tape solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct application solutions.
• Oversee pre- to post-sales support, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, preferably in tapes/adhesives or related industries.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Commercial acumen with data analysis skills to spot opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Mechanical, or Material Science (other strong academic backgrounds considered).
• Hands-on knowledge of tape & adhesive applications across industries.
