We are looking for an experienced **Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our upholstery company. The candidate will be responsible for actively going into the field, identifying and approaching new potential clients, generating leads, arranging meetings/site visits, and converting them into confirmed business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop new business through active field sales and client visits.

* Identify and approach potential clients in the **upholstery, furniture, interior design, fit-out and hospitality sectors**.

* Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, furniture companies, hotels, restaurants, offices and other potential clients.

* Generate new leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.

* Visit project sites and client locations when required.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the quotation/production teams.

* Achieve monthly sales and new-client acquisition targets.

* Maintain regular follow-up with existing and newly acquired clients.

* Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum **1 year of outdoor sales experience specifically in upholstery**.

* UAE market experience is preferred.

* Existing contacts/network within the **upholstery, furniture, interior design or fit-out industry** will be an advantage.

* **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**

* Must be comfortable spending most of the working day **in the field meeting clients**.

* Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

* Ability to independently generate new business rather than relying only on incoming enquiries.

* Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE commercial and residential furnishing markets.

**What we are looking for:**

Someone who is genuinely a **hunter salesperson**—a person who can go into the market, find potential clients, build relationships and bring new upholstery projects to the company.

**Experience in upholstery sales is mandatory.** Candidates with only general retail sales experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
