OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are an expanding wholesale seafood supplier in Melaka looking for an energetic, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to drive new client growth and manage accounts!

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,500.00 – RM 2,800.00 / month (Based on experience)

• Sales Commission: 1.5% & up on sales revenue and collections

• New Customer Incentive: Extra cash bounties for securing new client accounts!

• Travel & Transport Allowance: RM 500.00 & up per month (for outstation trips)

• Company Handphone Provided (or line & data allowance)

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor visits, sales pitches, and cold calls to B2B clients (restaurants, hotels, seafood eateries, caterers, and retail outlets).
• Actively develop new customer accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and chefs to secure repeat orders.
• Monitor order fulfillment, manage payment collections, and ensure healthy credit terms.
• Gather market insights on seafood trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements & Skills

• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, resourceful, and possesses strong negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in B2B sales, food service, FMCG, or seafood/frozen food wholesale is a strong advantage.
