About the Role

No previous outdoor sales experience is required. We provide 100% full product training, practical field coaching, and step-by-step guidance from experienced team leaders to help you build confidence, master sales skills, and maximize your earnings.

This is an active, field-based role where you will meet potential clients at assigned locations, demonstrate our wellness products, and guide customers toward making the right purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Engagement: Visit assigned locations and events to introduce and demonstrate WINTOO wellness products to prospective customers.
• Customer Consultations: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options.
• Sales Execution: Follow our proven, step-by-step sales process to present product benefits and close sales effectively.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly individual sales targets to unlock high performance-based commissions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced sales leaders during field runs, product training sessions, and team reviews.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with customers and handle basic after-sales inquiries.

Requirements

• Experience: Fresh graduates, career switchers, and candidates with no sales experience are warmly welcome to apply.

• Transport: Possess own transport (Car/Motorcycle) and a valid driving license to travel to field locations.

• Communication Skills: Confident, friendly, and naturally comfortable engaging with new people face-to-face.

• Mindset: Positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.

• Mobility: Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to assigned client sites across Klang Valley.
