OUTGOING INSPECTION SUPERVISOR (OBA)

We are hiring a Outgoing Inspection Supervisor (OBA) for our quality department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise outgoing inspection (OBA) activities to ensure products meet customer quality standards.
2. Apply AQL sampling standards (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) and follow customer inspection procedures.
3. Review inspection results, prepare quality reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve defects and prevent recurring issues.
5. Lead and guide the inspection team to ensure effective inspection processes.
6. Communicate inspection results and quality issues with customers and internal teams in Mandarin.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher.
2. At least 4 years of outgoing inspection (OBA) management experience.
3. Familiar with AQL sampling standards (ANSI / ASQ Z1.4), customer inspection procedures, and reports.
4. Fluent Mandarin.
