OUTLET ASSISTANT/ MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations, sales and business performance
• Manage inventory, stock and wastage control
• Ensure food quality, customer service and manpower management
• Monitor sales targets and take corrective action when needed

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
