Outlet Captain

The Outlet Captain supervises daily karaoke outlet operations, ensures exceptional customer service, maintains operational efficiency, and leads the service team. The Outlet Captain acts as the first-line leader on shift, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, safe, and memorable karaoke experience while achieving the company's service and sales standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily outlet operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all karaoke rooms, dining areas, reception, and facilities are clean, organized, and operational.
• Conduct opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
• Monitor room allocations and maximize room occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure prompt service for food, beverages, and room requests.
• Build positive relationships with repeat customers and encourage customer loyalty.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and supervise service staff during shifts.
• Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
• Train new employees on customer service, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.

Sales & Revenue

• Promote food & beverage items, membership programs, and seasonal promotions.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving outlet sales targets.

Cash Handling

• Assist with cashier duties when required.
• Verify cash transactions and daily sales reports.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels for food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and operating equipment.
• Report shortages and assist with stock replenishment.
• Minimize wastage through proper inventory control.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company regulations.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation throughout the outlet.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure emergency procedures are understood and followed by all staff.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
• Record customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Support outlet events, promotional campaigns, and operational initiatives.
