Outlet Crew

About the role

This is a customer-facing position in a tea and coffee beverage outlet. You will greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, take orders, collect payments, and serve customers when orders are ready. You will maintain excellent knowledge of products and tea to make recommendations and promote suitable products to customers. You will ensure the outlet and kitchen maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and provide excellent service
• Take customer orders, collect payments, and service customers when orders are ready
• Possess excellent knowledge of products and tea to make recommendations and promote suitable products
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of outlet at all times
• Ensure all POS day-end closing reports are performed and sales collections are tallied with POS according to standard operating procedures
• Prepare all orders in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of product offering
• Ensure outlet supplies are duly replenished to avoid outlet downtime
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of kitchen at all times
• Coordinate and cooperate with team members to ensure kitchen operations function well

About you

• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Malaysian or foreigner with valid, legal residency permits
• English language proficiency required
• Less than 1 year experience in the tea and coffee beverage industry
• Minimum SPM qualifications or equivalent
• Team player, cooperative and helpful with team members, superiors, and peers
