What they need
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Maintain excellent service standards and ensure every guest feels welcomed
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
Handle scheduling, attendance, and staff development
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock usage to minimize waste
Ensure outlet cleanliness and compliance with hygiene & safety standards
Manage P&L at outlet level and support budgeting
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues quickly
Work closely with management for promotions, reporting, and improvement plans
Requirements
Min. 2–3 years experience as Outlet Manager (Lifestyle restaurant is a must)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of operational flow, service standards, and basic P&L
Able to work under pressure and lead a team during peak hours
Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
