About the role

Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service. This role involves overseeing all aspects of outlet management, including service quality, staff supervision, financial performance, and customer satisfaction in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor service quality and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the outlet
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate outlet employees
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements
• Monitor outlet sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Control operating costs, including labor, food, and beverage costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused attitude
• Financial and budgeting knowledge
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and POS systems
