Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue targets.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage showroom staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide customer and market insights to the Retail Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in showroom, retail, sales, or outlet management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of showroom management and visual merchandising is an advantage.
