Job Summary:

As the Outlet Manager at Mayfair Wellness Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the center. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the achievement of business objectives. We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven leadership skill, industry knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operation Management

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the outlet.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high quality service.

2. Team Leadership

Recruit, train and manage a team of consultants, therapists, and customer service staff.

Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

3. Client Engagement

Ensure excellent customer service delivery, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Sales and Revenue

Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

 5) Marketing and Promotions

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.

Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

~ Proven experience in a managerial role within the wellness, beauty, or related industry.

~ Strong leadership and organizational skills.

~ Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

~ Knowledge of slimming and beauty treatments is an advantage.

~ Strong business acumen mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

~ Preferably degree holder with sains stream is an advantage.
