Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the outlet’s daily operations
• Lead, schedule, train and evaluate staff
• Maintain good service and customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Control labour costs, stock, wastage and other expenses
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with performers and manage live-music operations
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organised and operating safely

Requirements

• Management experience in a live bar, nightlife venue or similar F&B outlet
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with customers, staff and performers
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills
• Good understanding of sales, inventory and cost control
• Responsible, organised and able to solve problems quickly
• Comfortable working at night, on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work six days per week
