Outlet Manager

Job title: Outlet Manager – Pan by Pops (Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam)

About us

Pan by Pops is our artisan sourdough bakery-café, serving fresh bread and pastries, brunch, hot kitchen dishes like pasta and rice plates, and specialty coffee. We're part of Pops Group, the team behind Pops Eatery, which has been in the Klang Valley for over 12 years. Our Bukit Jelutong outlet has a loyal neighbourhood crowd, and we're looking for an upbeat, hands-on manager to lead the team.

You won't be doing it alone

• Our central kitchen bakes the bread and pastries fresh for the outlet.
• SOPs, recipes, ordering systems and reporting templates are already set up.
• Our operations team supports you on hiring, HR and planning.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate a friendly front-of-house and kitchen team of [X] staff, including rosters, coaching and training new joiners
• Keep service, food quality and cleanliness at our standard every day, from the bakery counter to the hot kitchen
• Help the outlet reach its monthly sales goals by creating a great customer experience and finding ways to grow
• Keep an eye on stock, wastage and costs using our existing systems
• Handle daily reports, cash and opening and closing routines
• Share ideas. We want to hear what would make the outlet better.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years in café or F&B, as an Outlet Manager, Assistant Manager or a Senior Supervisor ready to step up
• Experience in an outlet with a hot kitchen is a plus
• Positive, energetic and happy to be on the floor with the team
• Organised, and someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
