Outlet Manager

Job Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of B-Heaven Rooftop Lounge & Bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue and profitability, maintaining high service standards, and leading a high-performing team. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality to create a memorable dining and entertainment experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of B-Heaven Rooftop Lounge & Bar.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery during all operating hours.
• Maintain outlet standards in accordance with hotel policies and brand guidelines.
• Monitor guest flow, seating arrangements, and reservation management.
• Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Personally greet VIP guests and handle special requests.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor online reviews and take proactive measures to improve guest feedback scores.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop the outlet team.
• Conduct daily briefings and regular training sessions.
• Ensure staff adherence to grooming, appearance, and service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Management

• Develop strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare management reports.
• Control labor costs, operating expenses, and inventory levels.
• Analyze revenue trends and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS procedures.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HACCP, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the outlet.
• Maintain proper documentation related to food safety and operational compliance.

Marketing and Business Development

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to drive outlet promotions and events.
• Develop innovative concepts and entertainment programs to attract guests.
• Increase outlet visibility and improve market competitiveness.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, influencers, and repeat guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of Food & Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in upscale restaurants, rooftop venues, lounges, bars, or luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial management abilities.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
