We’re looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager to lead The Office Thonglor, a casual, multi-concept venue bringing together all-day dining, drinks, live music, entertainment and events.

You’ll be a people person who enjoys connecting with guests, building relationships with the local community and developing a motivated team. You’ll take ownership of daily operations

across different service periods, working closely with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver a consistent guest experience and strong business performance.

What you’ll do

·        Lead daily operations, staying visible and involved on the floor.

·        Create a welcoming guest experience, build regular clientele and handle feedback professionally.

·        Coach and develop the team through clear communication, fair leadership and regular feedback.

·        Coordinate events and live entertainment with the relevant teams.

·        Manage staffing, sales and operating costs while protecting quality, portions, guest experience and brand standards.

What we’re looking for

·        Thai candidate with excellent spoken and written English.

·        Previous management experience in restaurant and bar operations, with the ability to manage a multi-concept venue.

·        Strong communication, guest relations and team leadership skills.

·        Experience coordinating events and engaging with the local community.

·        Commercial awareness and a practical approach to sustainable cost control.

·        An energetic, fair and proactive leader who shares our people-first values.

·        Availability to work across different operating periods, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
