Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and outlet performance.
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational reports.
• Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation.
• Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and closing procedures.
• Support promotional activities and implement company initiatives at the outlet.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive working environment.
• Report operational issues and performance updates to the management team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, QSR, or food service operations is preferred.
• Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered.
• Good team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and accountability.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
