Outlet Manager - Hotel

Location: 5-Star Hotel, Kuantan

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in aligning departmental operations with the hotel’s overall business strategy and goals.
• Ensure effective implementation of F&B initiatives and continuous improvement of service standards.
• Maintain and update departmental manuals, SOPs, and ensure consistent communication within the team.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, working closely with chefs and outlet managers to resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of all F&B outlets to ensure hygiene, quality, and presentation standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and support the creation of innovative menu items.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, purchasing, and stock control of food and beverage supplies.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Beverage, and Housekeeping teams to maintain operational efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance dining experiences and support the implementation of new F&B concepts or promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
