Outlet Manager / Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and passionate Outlet Manager to join our growing team in Klang Valley outlets. You will be responsible for leading the restaurant team, overseeing daily outlet operations, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily outlet operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
• Handle and resolve operational problems when necessary
• Maintain good customer service standards
• Manage, guide, and support staffs to improve performance
• Assist in managing different outlet locations when required
• Ensure the outlet maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards
• Monitor staff attendance and work performance
• Ensure company SOPs and work arrangements are followed
• Perform other duties assigned by the management

About you

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible and able to solve problems independently
• Restaurant or F&B experience is preferred
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel between different outlets when required
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to work on shift schedules, including morning and night shifts
• Able to accept company work arrangements
