Outlet Operation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on F&B Operations Executive to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets and retail locations. The successful candidate will work closely with outlet supervisors and frontline teams to ensure smooth operations, strong product visibility, adequate stock availability, and consistent execution of company standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable being on the ground, and has a strong interest in F&B operations, retail execution, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned F&B outlets and retail locations, ensuring smooth operations and consistent company standards.
• Manage and supervise outlet teams, including manpower planning, work allocation, attendance, performance, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Monitor and drive outlet sales, revenue, operational KPIs, and profitability targets, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Improve operational processes, workflows, productivity, and cost efficiency, including control of labour costs, operating expenses, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, licensing, and company policies and standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and experience by addressing feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory and stock management, including ordering, stock levels, stock counts, reconciliation, expiry monitoring, and wastage control.
• Coordinate and execute promotions, new product launches, festive campaigns, sampling activities, merchandising, and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, delivery and e-commerce platforms, and other external partners to support operational efficiency and business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new outlet openings, renovations, operational projects, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects, company initiatives, and other duties as assigned by management.

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B operations, retail operations, foodservice, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple outlets or retail locations will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with outlet managers and frontline staff.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, independent, and hands-on with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Good understanding of F&B outlet operations, inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Willing to travel to different outlets and locations as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for reporting and basic data analysis.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
