Outlet Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outlet Operations Manager at Area / Regional Manager level to oversee multiple F&B outlets, drive business performance, manage operational costs, and ensure consistent compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, proven multi-outlet management experience, and the ability to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Monitor outlet sales performance, revenue growth, operating expenses, food costs, labour costs, and overall profitability (P&L).
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve outlet performance.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Outlet Managers and their teams to maintain high operational standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, product presentation, customer service, and brand standards across all outlets.
• Monitor manpower planning, staff scheduling, productivity, and workforce requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, Halal requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Work closely with HR on recruitment, staff development, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, R&D, Warehouse, and Central Kitchen teams to improve business performance.
• Monitor inventory management, stock control, wastage, and supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports, sales analysis, and performance updates to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, business expansion, and cost optimisation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in multi-outlet or regional operations management.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, Outlet Managers, and frontline teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, sales analysis, food cost control, and labour cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Halal compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare and interpret operational reports.
• Willing to travel between outlets across Sabah and Sarawak when required.
• Able to work independently and achieve business and operational targets.
