Café Operations

• Lead the setup of the café team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Develop and implement SOPs for daily café operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for ingredients, equipment, and café essentials.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and service excellence in line with brand values.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, and waste management.
• Ensure consistent product quality and excellent customer service.
• Monitor budgets, daily sales, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in café/restaurant operations management.

• Strong knowledge in staffing, SOPs, inventory, and supplier management.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under pressure.
