Outlet Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

• Train and assist store managers in effective sales, customer service, and supervisory techniques.

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement across outlets.

• Lead and support pre-opening activities, including staff training and operational setup for new outlets.

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and overall efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in operational standards across all outlets.

• Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

• Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field.

• Strong passion for the F&B industry and customer service excellence.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

• Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced business environments.

• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
