Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, guide and motivate outlet team members.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Encourage and implement upselling strategies to improve outlet sales.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure employees follow company SOPs and operational procedures.
• Report operational issues and outlet performance to management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Experience in managing outlet operations and leading a team.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with good sales and upselling abilities.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of Malay and English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position
• Shift-based schedule
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
• 6 working days per week
• 7.5 working hours per day
