Outlet Training Specialist

• Develop and update training modules, materials, and presentations for outlet operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training guidelines for outlet standards.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to outlet teams on operational procedures and standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and outlet performance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify outlet training needs and improve operational capabilities.
• Prepare training reports and continuously improve training content and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in training, L&D, or related fields is preferred.

• Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic data analysis.

• Good coordination and organizational skills.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
