We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and strategies to maintain progress at home.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and clinic standards.
Collaborate with other team members and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Stay current with evidence-based practices and integrate new techniques into patient care.

Educational Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas.

Experience

Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat patients with diverse conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative needs.

Technical Skills

Proficient in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques, modalities, and technologies.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation.

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to modify treatment plans effectively.

High level of organization and attention to detail to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-focused environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting patients with mobility exercises, standing for extended periods, and handling therapy equipment.

Must be able to lift or move patients and equipment as necessary, in accordance with clinic safety protocols.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
