What they need
Physical Therapist Outpatient Position – New Grads Welcome
Align PT and Pilates – Fort Myers, Florida
If you’re a Physical Therapist who values hands‑on treatment, individualized care, and the ability to think critically without the pressure of high‑volume scheduling, this is an exceptional opportunity. This is not an assembly‑line clinic. You will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions based on what each patient truly needs.
We are a hybrid concierge outpatient Physical Therapy and Pilates practice offering true one‑on‑one care and mentorship in a supportive, movement‑focused environment with room to grow in either management or clinical roles.
A Note from Sue Dupont, Clinic Owner
I’ve been a Physical Therapist/ Athletic Trainer for more than 35 years, and I built Align PT and Pilates to be the kind of clinic where clinicians can truly practice the way we were trained — with time, intention, movement, and hands‑on care. If you’re looking for a place where your clinical reasoning matters, where mentorship is real, and where you can grow into the clinician you want to become, I would love to talk with you.
Why New Grads and Early‑Career PTs Love This Role
- One‑on‑one treatment with 10-12 patients per day
- Strong mentorship from a PT with 35+ years of orthopedic, Pilates and sports medicine experience
- Time to evaluate thoroughly and treat intentionally
- Opportunity to integrate Pilates‑based rehabilitation
- A calm, supportive clinic culture focused on quality, not volume
- Clear growth pathways as the practice expands
